I & E Construction is a fast growing, family owned full service general contractor, currently looking for a motivated Experienced Carpenter living in the Portland Metro Area. Applicant must have valid drivers license to drive company vehicle and crew.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Applicant will be responsible for a variety of small maintenance jobs, including window replacements, paint, minor drywall etc. We are looking for a candidate who has various construction skills, is familiar with working with power tools and can work in a team environment. The Skilled Construction Laborer will report directly to the project foreman and/or supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
-3 years construction experience
-Clean driving record
-Valid license
-Motivated
-Hard working
-Self-efficient
-Willing to do various jobs
-Able to take direction
-Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
-Knowledge of basic tools such as: screw gun, skill saw, nail gun, hammer, paint brush, shovel etc.-Must be able to climb ladders
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Must be able to crawl in tight places
