I & E Construction is a full service general contractor, currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO.


Successful candidate must be multifaceted, flexible, and a sharp problem solver. The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A background in construction is ideal.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Schedule meetings (coordinate schedules, reserve conference rooms, arrange for food/beverage, ensure external attendees have parking and office directions, scheduling virtual meetings, etc.)
  • Manage Outlook calendars and contacts
  • Arrange business travel
  • Draft letters and email correspondence
  • Produce, edit, and reformat documents
  • Coordinate document signatures, including the use of DocuSign and Notary.
  • File documents and organize drive folders
  • Run business and project-related errands as needed
  • Help maintain the agenda of the Leadership Team/Investment Committee meeting and take meeting minutes
  • Planning and event support, as needed
  • Assist with a variety of special projects as assigned by the CEO

Ideal Candidate

· 2+ Years as an Executive Assistant or working closely with leadership team

· Experience in the construction industry

  • Flexible with schedule
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter with independent and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrator of personal integrity, judgment, and professional maturity
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Adept in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Skilled at project and task management
  • Trustworthy in the handling of highly confidential and sensitive material
  • Positive and solution-oriented
