Roger started work with I&E as superintendent in 2012, quickly showing his skills for management, he has now become I&E’s go to project manager for in-house development. He handles everything from hiring to plans, making sure that everything is ready to go for the superintendent. This coordination continues until the project is 100% completed. That coordination happens on multiple jobs at one time, but Roger’s detail-oriented organization keeps everything in line.
From working as a foreman for the largest framing company in Las Vegas to building national retail stores all throughout the West. Roger’s previous project manager roles have given him 20+ years of experience getting a site from just dirt to a full building. That process is what he enjoys about working in the construction industry, saying “Taking it from its inception to completion, and all the havoc in between.” All while working with a team that cares about what they are building and the quality put into it.
