Villanova Balconies

Villanova at Hunter's Creek was in need of significant deck and balcony repair work after a prior repair project stalled.  KWA engineering prepared plans for repair work to correct long term maintenance as well as prior repair attempts.  Our work included replacing the entire deck assemblies and adjacent framing where damaged due to exposure.  We installed new concrete wear surface decks with waterproofing and drain mat below to complement the new structure.  The project also included new deck doors to complete the upgraded exterior assemblies and new stucco.
