Our team spent the day at @oregonstate for the Fall Civil, Construction & Architectural Engineering Fair, connecting with students interested in building careers in Heavy Civil and construction. From the field to estimating and project management, we had the opportunity to share the different paths into the industry, the work driving it forward, and what it takes to turn classroom knowledge into real-world projects.
October is Careers in Construction Month, and events like this are a great reminder of what keeps our industry moving forward: fresh perspectives, curiosity, and people who aren`t afraid to tackle a challenge.

At the VA Eugene Behavioral Health Recovery and Reintegration Services (BHRRS) Clinic, I&E Construction is bringing a new 20,850-square-foot healthcare facility to life.
Institutional construction comes with a distinct set of demands, from specialized building requirements to the coordination of multiple construction disciplines. With site development and infrastructure work completed, concrete operations are now taking center stage as the project moves into its next phase.
For I&E, it`s an opportunity to bring our experience and capabilities to a project with an important purpose: supporting the health, recovery, and well-being of those who have served.

We’ve shared the grand opening. Now, we’re taking a closer look at Woodburn Petro and @usmarketstores, a completed I&E Construction project along the Woodburn–Estacada corridor.
With the doors open and the site in full use, it’s rewarding to see this project doing exactly what it was built to do: serve the people who live, work and travel through this growing community.
For our team, that’s one of the best parts of completing a project. The construction wraps, the activity shifts, and something we built becomes part of the everyday.
