This week, cityofsalemoregon community leaders, @salem_chamber, partners, residents, and project teams gathered to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Eastpark Apartment Homes in Salem.
Delivered through I&E Construction`s phased construction approach, residents began moving in while construction continued, helping bring much-needed housing to the market sooner and allowing the community to take shape long before the final building was complete.
