Exciting development coming to Keizer. Development

I&E Construction’s origins are rooted in multi-family residential siding work. Our president and founder, Karl Ivanov, has worked in the construction industry since 1993, starting from siding installation in the back of his pickup. He began to grow the business by delivering quality work and gaining repeat clients. Since then we have teamed with owners, architects, and consulting specialists to deliver thousands of successful projects. In the late 1990’s we became one of the largest siding installers in the Northwest, working primarily on multifamily and commercial projects. We have since added several trades to our in-house capabilities and have become a full service general contractor. From our headquarters in Clackamas, Oregon we serve clients throughout the Northwest. By maintaining our commitment to integrity and excellence, we have continued to build relationships with repeat clients throughout the region. View Our Projects

Timberridge Place Apartment Homes is one of I&Es latest New Construction Multi-Family projects. The development of this site is taking place in two separate phases. I&E has completed the site infrastructure and vertical construction in phase one. Since starting this year, we have made tremendous progress. Within these 13 buildings, there will be a recreation center and 132 total apartment units. Community features are also starting to show through, with plans for a pool and sports court going in near the recreation center - all within a close distance to Timber Ridge School. Congrats!

Nice work!!👍🏻

Well done!

Way to go🙌🙌🙌

Work has started on one of our latest projects in St Helens and in a big way. To break up the dense rock beneath the surface, we worked with McCallum Rock Drilling to perform a series of safe blasts. With the challenging geology below ground, the loading of the explosives varied. The few moments at detonation do not show how much work it takes to prepare the area for this controlled blast, but the results are fantastic as everything went as planned. ... See MoreSee Less

Omg! That looks fun!

That is cool!

Our Restoration Department has been quickly completing work out at Village at Headwaters. The beautiful weather has allowed us to work continually on this narrow job site. The exterior work includes all new siding, deck traffic waterproofing, and painting. A unique challenge to this job site has been the deck railings themselves. Initially planned for removal and reinstallation, the weight of the solid metal railing was found to be too heavy for our crew to lift manually. A unique solution was required, and with the help of engineers, we developed a joisting and rigging system to elevate the rails off the decks safely while we perform the needed work.

With a wide variety of projects, educating our employees and talking to them weekly, highlights that their safety is an ever-evolving and continuing goal. On top of our weekly toolbox talks at every job site, we also gather everyone together for bi-yearly meetings to speak as a company about their safety. This summer’s meeting reminded our employees to keep safe both online and on the road.

What about the dieldren contaminated soil? What are the current levels from DEQ??? You guys don’t mention the poison at all in your progress. Have you told the current/future residents they’re going to be living on poisoned dirt? There is still a TON of contaminated soil on that project to be moved. Will it all be moved in sealed trucks with tarps so it doesn’t contaminate schools and such while it’s being dumped across town? Because that’s what we were told From the beginning, only a certain amount of soil would be moved each day, and all of the trucks hauling contaminated soil were to be sealed. However, i have noticed not all of the trucks are sealed. Meaning the poisoned dirt is flying out during transport. This is very concerning for people such as myself with health issues. Not to mention, We have small children over here, animals and elderly. I have been in contact with DEQ & Nancy S. about this as well but would really like to know your stance as your working the project. I live very close to this site so I can see what’s happening over there. I Am genuinely concerned for our health due to this poison dieldren. It’s disheartening enough to see this land being demolished. But it’s even more saddening to know it’s contaminated soil people are living on and that soil is being blown and flung all over our roads and being transported by elementary schools. Thank you for reading this and I look forward to your reply.

Becca Ann this is the project by my house.. aka PoisonLand.

When it comes to a difficult job site, our 25 years of restoration work gives us the experience needed to complete jobs safely and on time. Cascade View Condominiums, one of our recent restoration jobs, is nestled in-between Germantown Road and Highway 30. The steep and tight area required a consistent schedule, with daily communication with the residents, vendors, and visitors. As the scope of work required a complete exterior repair, we worked in sections, minimizing the impact on the residents. The hill-over-a-highway wasn’t the only challenge either, with only one access point to the property, and limited parking, a unique staging, and parking plan was used for both employee and resident parking. Communication with the residents surrounding this plan was crucial to reduce the impact to the residents while we completed the work. Our experience allows us to find these creative solutions and deliver consistent results with Integrity & Excellence. ... See MoreSee Less
