This week, community leaders, project partners, residents, and local businesses gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Woodburn Place and the completion of the community as it was originally envisioned.
With the opening of the @usmarketstores and its new gas station, Woodburn Place now offers more than quality housing. Residents have convenient access to everyday essentials just steps from home, creating a neighborhood where people can live, connect, and thrive.
During the celebration, Tom Ivanov, Jeff Bivens, Virginia Miller, representatives from the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce, and @christine4oregon shared remarks. The event also included a ribbon-cutting for the U.S. Market, with food and refreshments provided by the market.
From the first building to the final ribbon-cutting, Woodburn Place reflects what can happen when thoughtful planning, strategic development, and strong partnerships come together around a shared vision.
