Our president and founder, Karl Ivanov, brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a siding installer working out of the back of his pickup truck and has since evolved the company into one of the Northwest’s leading full-service general contractors. With a strong focus on multi-family developments, large-scale rehabilitations, and commercial projects, Karl has built lasting partnerships with owners, architects, and consulting specialists, delivering thousands of successful projects. Under his leadership, the company has grown organically by consistently delivering high-quality work, earning the trust of repeat clients, and expanding in-house capabilities with skilled trades.

Three companies. One tournament. Countless stories.

Team members from I&E Construction, @stratumllc , and @fabcosteel came together for another great day at Evergreen Golf Course filled with competition, connection, and plenty of memorable moments.

From long drives and clutch putts to high-fives and golf-cart skids, the day was a reminder that our culture extends far beyond the workplace. Strong teams are built through shared experiences, and this tournament continues to be one of our favorite traditions of the year.

Utilities, infrastructure, and the groundwork that keep everything moving. It`s not always the most visible work, but it`s some of the most important.

When the pace is this good, there`s more than one story worth sharing.

At The Hub Hermiston, civil and concrete are moving, turning early site development into real progress. Civil crews are wrapping up remaining utilities and final infrastructure work, while concrete is working on the foundations and structural elements that support the building starts.

The Hub Hermiston is no longer starting up. It is actively taking shape, exactly as planned.
