This summer, one camera, one drone, and one intern helped document more than 30 project sites across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
From Heavy Civil and Restoration to Commercial, Specialty Projects, community events, and @fabcosteel, Luke has spent the summer capturing the people, projects, and progress that tell the story of what we build. The hundreds of photos and hours of video he created will continue supporting our marketing efforts long after his internship comes to an end.
At I&E, internships are about more than gaining experience. They`re about providing meaningful, hands-on opportunities, building relationships, and helping develop the next generation of industry professionals.

Work is underway at Quayside Condominiums in Portland, where our team is completing a comprehensive balcony rehabilitation project. The scope includes concrete repairs, drainage improvements, waterproof traffic coating installation, and restoration of exterior balcony systems designed to strengthen the building envelope and help prevent future water intrusion.
The best restoration projects don`t just address today`s issues, they help protect the property for years to come. Every repair is part of a larger effort to extend the life of the building, improve long-term performance, and give residents confidence in the spaces they use every day.

Panzer site development is now complete and ready for what`s next. Extensive site preparation, underground utilities, roadway improvements, and final grading have created the infrastructure needed for future development.
Heavy civil construction is rarely the most visible part of a project, but it`s often the most essential. Long before buildings take shape, the work below the surface creates the foundation that allows communities to grow.

Three buildings. One complete exterior restoration.
Riverside East received a comprehensive building envelope upgrade, including new roofing, fiber-cement siding, windows, doors, balcony and concrete repairs, targeted water intrusion repairs, and exterior painting.
Rather than addressing isolated issues, this project restored the exterior as a complete system, helping protect the buildings while extending their service life.
Another successful restoration completed in Vancouver, Washington.
