Karl Ivanov is a high-energy, forward-thinking entrepreneur with a proven record of success and achievement in building a business up to a multi-million-dollar operation. As President, Karl sets the company’s overall strategic direction, overseeing division leaders and managing client relationships. Karl founded I&E in 1992, starting as a siding installer working out of the back of his pickup truck. He has since evolved the company into one of the Northwest’s leading full-service general contractors. His vision remains to provide clients with exceptional service, hire the most talented builders, uphold a culture grounded in integrity, excellence, and long-term partnership, and grow the business organically over time.
