The Addison was in need of several types of maintenance and repair work for approximately 10 years after initial construction. With a tight site and difficult access, the most effective solution was to perform several types of work at once. The work on the project had to be accessed via manlifts and scaffolding. The work consisted of repairing cracking stucco and recoating the exterior walls throughout, repairing sealant joints at windows and transitions, painting all exterior metal and recoating all exterior decks.
