- Removed fiber-cement wall cladding and trim, weather-resistive barrier, flashing membranes, and all exposed exterior sheet-metal flashings
- Removed and installed new concrete topping, replaced existing flashings with T&G plywood flashings, installed efficient waterproofing, and disposed deck sheathing
