Rockaway Shores Condominiums

Rockaway Shores Condominiums was in need of a complete exterior cladding, deck and roof repairs due to preexisting moisture damage. The scope of work for the four-story with below grade parking structure included the removal and replacement of fiber cement siding, flashing, WRB, sheathing, installation, exhaust vents and trim. In addition, the scope of work also included the removal and replacement of the storefront entry assembly, unit decks, and roof assembly.
