- Inspected plywood joints, added ties to each floor plate, replaced damaged stair treads, and provided proper ventilation in roofs covering back decks
- Rebuilt wood-burning fire stove platforms with added fire stops, and new flues, and reinstalled existing stone caps with proper waterproofing
