Stoneplace Phase Iii
I&E Construction’s first multifamily development is Stoneplace Apartment Homes. The development of Stoneplace took place in multiple phases over several years. The ongoing development in multiples phases allowed I&E to make design changes continually. With each new phase, resident feedback was used to improve the community and build it to be the perfect Apartment Home community.
The initial ground break of the community was in 2008, starting phase one of the project. The first buildings featured 80 units, with a leasing office and a community pool. Phase two added 11 buildings with a community center. These new buildings added 107 units to the community, while also providing access to a business center, gym, and sports court. Phase three of Stoneplace added 95 units, with the new addition of storage units.
In phases two and three, several buildings were changed to include more three-bedroom two-bath units, to match the strong demand for that type of space. Another resident request was additional storage and garage units. By being open to change, I&E accomplished a community that fit the resident's needs as it continued to expand. Stoneplace won the ACE award for Property of the Year in 2010, showing the excellence of this community.
