Joe started at I&E as a Project Intern from Portland State University in 2015, since then he has advanced into Foreman for our Restoration Division. Initially studying Health Sciences, Joe joined I&E with an open attitude and found that he fit well in the construction environment. The physical activity that comes with construction may lend itself to his initial studies in college. However, he has found he also enjoys the controlled chaos of a job site, seeing a job go through different stages up to completion.

Being a Foreman, Joe works daily with our crew’s directing between 10 and 20 trade crews onsite. His approachable personality fits well into I&E, allowing comradery to flow easily onsite. Outside of performing his primary role, Joe exemplifies this comradery by assisting our Service Department on small jobs.
